What Maldek/CHIN is

Maldek/CHIN is an educational and clinical-reasoning platform. It is built for community users wanting health literacy, students in CNA / RN / NP / medical programs, and new-graduate nurses building floor-ready judgement.

What Maldek/CHIN is not

• It is not a medical device.
• It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
• It does not replace your licensed healthcare provider.
• It is not for use in actual patient care.

For any personal medical question, always follow up with your licensed healthcare provider. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

You agree to

• Not paste real patient records or personally identifiable medical information into the platform.
• Not use the platform to give medical advice to others.
• Not abuse the AI surfaces (no scraping, no resale, no bot traffic).
• Tell us if you find a bug, especially one that affects safety.

Account & conduct

One person per account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that put other learners at risk. Refunds for paid plans are pro-rated to the day of cancellation.

Limitations of liability

Maldek/CHIN is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not warrant clinical correctness for any specific case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
